At Loper Commons, water & sewage, and trash removal are included in the rental price of your apartment home. Residents will also have access to our 24-hour fitness center and clothes center, clubhouse, around-the-clock maintenance, and fun play park, making Loper Commons the perfect place to call home.
Loper Commons is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $300 pet fee due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home, with $150 of the fee being refundable upon move-out, without any damage.
