At Loper Commons, water & sewage, and trash removal are included in the rental price of your apartment home. Residents will also have access to our 24-hour fitness center and clothes center, clubhouse, around-the-clock maintenance, and fun play park, making Loper Commons the perfect place to call home.
At Loper Commons, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Loper Commons, the application fee is $35 per applicant and is non-refundable.
At Loper Commons, residents are responsible for electric, internet, and phone/cable.
Loper Commons is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $300 pet fee due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home, with $150 of the fee being refundable upon move-out, without any damage. Residents of Loper Commons can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Bill Pay, or Money Order.
At Loper Commons Apartments, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests.
