At Loper Commons, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Loper Commons, the application fee is $35 per applicant and is non-refundable.
At Loper Commons, residents are responsible for electric, internet, and phone/cable.
Loper Commons is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $300 pet fee due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home, with $150 of the fee being refundable upon move-out, without any damage.
